Saudi club Al Ittihad is eager to sign Sergio Ramos, the veteran center-back who is currently a free agent. Ramos, 37, left Paris Saint-Germain when his contract ended in July after joining from Real Madrid in 2021.
Ramos is set to travel to Saudi Arabia soon for negotiations and a medical examination with Al Ittihad.

According to the source, Besiktas is also interested in Ramos and has offered him a two-year contract with a net salary of €8 million. Ramos has until September 4th to respond to the offer. Galatasaray is another Turkish club vying for his signature, offering €6 million. Despite leaving PSG two months ago, Ramos remains without a club.
Moreover, Ramos will reunite with his former Real Madrid teammate, Benzema, at Al Ittihad, choosing them over Galatasaray. They had a successful partnership at Real Madrid, winning four Champions League titles together. Ramos left Real Madrid in 2021 to join Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), while Benzema recently moved to Saudi Arabia to continue his football career.
Other than Benzema Al Ittihad has already made several high-profile signings from top clubs this summer, including N’Golo KantĂ©, Fabinho and Jota.
