Barcelona announced on Friday, May 24, that they’ve parted ways with their manager, Xavi, just weeks after extending his contract. In their statement, the club confirmed that Xavi won’t be continuing as head coach for the 2024-25 season, and his final game will be an away match against Sevilla on Sunday.
Barcelona said they would like to “thank Xavi for his work as a coach” since taking charge in 2021.
