Moises Caicedo turned down the chance to sign with Liverpool and wants to move to Chelsea.
This decision was made despite Liverpool and Brighton having agreed to a record-breaking sum of £111 million.
Football transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano, revealed this information through his Twitter account on the Friday.
Fabrizio Romano tweeted:
“Moisés Caicedo has just informed Liverpool that he only wants to join Chelsea!”
“Caicedo has decided to keep his word and only accept Chelsea as personal terms were agreed since end of May.”
